General FAQs

Can I book my band for Natural Land? Can I DJ at Natural Land?

Are you hiring performers? I can Hoop, Breath Fire and have mastered Adagio!

We will be having performers at Natural Land. We will send out an e-mail once the application is up and running so be sure to join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook.

Can I pass out flyers or promotional items inside the venue? What about outside?

No. If you are found spamming our guests you will be escorted off the property. Nobody likes spam. We get enough of it in our e-mails, don't be that person.

Are you hiring Volunteers, Photographers/Video, ETC for Natural Land?

Yes! Be sure to use the right selection in the contact form and if you are looking to Volunteer - click here

Will you be publishing set times in advance?

Yes! All set times will be available on the website and mobile app a week before the festival starts. The days on which the artists will perform are already available on the main page of our website. The mobile app will be launched soon and we will also have them posted all over the festival grounds.

Will there be a lost and found?

Yes! There will be a dedicated booth near the entrance of the festival grounds that will be open everyday during the festival. Once the festival ends, we will have a contact link in our contact form where you can contact us to see if we found it after clean-up. We know how terrible it is to lose stuff, we want to make sure if we found it - you get it back!

Does the venue have cash machines?

Yes! ATM's will be available both inside and at the front gates. Locations will be clearly marked on the festival map and inside the venue.

I'm under 18. Can I attend with a legal guardian?

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed into the venue, with or without a guardian.

What if my ID is lost or expired?

Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.

What if it rains?

Natural Land will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preperations accordingly.

Do I need my PDF tickets or will you send bracelets out in the mail?

*NEW POLICY* We will NOT be mailing out entry bracelets in August. Once you purchase your ticket, you will be sent a PDF ticket that you will need to bring to will-call for a bracelet. Please pay attention to the instructions sent with the PDF. There will be no exceptions. You must have the Debit/Credit card used for the purchase and it must match the name on the ticket. You must also provide a current, non-expired ID or Passport.

What are acceptable forms of ID?

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID

- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

UNACCEPTABLE ID

- NO School ID
- NO Consular ID
- NO Birth certificate
- NO Expired ID of any kind
- NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
- NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license

I cannot go anymore, are there refunds?

Just like any event, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When purchasing your ticket you agreed to our ticketing terms. We do not offer refunds for any reason. We will unable to respond to refund requests. Thank you.



Ticketing, Orders and Shipping

Where do I login to check my order?

Head on over to Eventbrite and login using your credentials you made when ordering the ticket.

I moved, how do I update my shipping address?

Head on over to Eventbrite and login using your credentials you made when ordering the ticket and update your shipping information. Please note that you can only do this before July 31st at 11:59 pm. After that, you need to contact us using the form on the website and we will get you all squared away.

Will you have day passes available?

There will be no day passes for Natural Land 2018. Only 3-day festival passes will be available.

When is my order being shipped? How do I track it?

Please note, there will be no mailings of bracelets and passes of our tickets for gate entry. Natural Land commemorative entry bracelets, camping bracelets and parking stickers will be available at the will-call booth at the front entry gate. Do not lose these PDF Ticket Files or share them as they cannot be replaced if someone else uses your ticket! We repeat, do not lose these or give them away to someone!

Can I have a friend pick them up at will call?

No name changes or alternate box office or will call pickups will be allowed. No exceptions.

What is required to pick up my passes at will call?

A valid Photo ID as listed in General FAQ's, order number and credit card used for purchase are required. PRINT OUT YOUR PDF TICKET AND BRING IT WITH YOU. This is very important!

Wristband general information.

Your entry Wristbands are valid for the entire weekend of the festival. If you purchased a camping or VIP pass you will be allowed access on Thursday, Aug 30th.
Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
Wristbands cannot be replaced, so make sure you do not lose them!
DO NOT: Cut them, stretch them, modify them in any way, tighten it it before it's time to put it on, or put it on anything other than your own right wrist.

Can I upgrade my GA tickets to VIP?

Upgades may be available if VIP tickets have not sold out. Use our contact form and we can help you from there.

Is there a list of what is and isn't allowed in the festival grounds?

Be sure to check the CAMPING FAQ to see what is allowed in the camping area. This list is for the festival grounds containing the stages. The next FAQ in this list contains Acceptable Items.

What are acceptable items in the festival grounds?

CAMPING GROUNDS ARE DIFFERENT, PLEASE READY WHAT IS AND ISN'T ALLOWED IN THE CAMPING GROUNDS IN THE CAMPING FAQ SECTION. THIS IS FOR THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS ONLY

Cell phones and portable chargers/external batteries
Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6″ (Sony Action Cam, GoPro, etc.)
Selfie sticks
Small bags, single-compartment backpacks, plush backpacks, purses (maximum 12“x12“)
Plastic Water Bottles
Hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment—must be empty upon entry
Fanny packs
Sunglasses & hats
Personal misting fan with a bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon arrival)
Lighters and sealed packs of cigarettes
E-cigs/vapes
Earplugs
Sealed lip balm & gloss

What are your Totem Guidelines?

Maximum height is 10 feet.
Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g., foam, PVC / no solid metal)
Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate)
PVC, light wood or aluminum poles must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter
Decorated pool noodles work great
Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry
Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed
Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted



Camping FAQs

I purchased a 3-day pass, but now I want to camp. How do I do that?

Head on over to Eventbrite and purchase a camping pass if they are still available!

Can my friends come into the camping area that haven't purchased a camping pass?

No. Everyone that will be able to access the camping area must have a camping pass!

How much space do we get and what size tent can I bring?

Every camping spot is a 10'x15' area. There is no limit to the amount of people to fit in that spot, but remember you'll want to be comfortable so take full advantage of your spot! Just do not extend into the Fire Lane. The Fire Lanes will be marked.

What item's are not allowed if you are camping at Natural Land?

Please note: surrendered items are considered forfeited on entry. No items will be returned, regardless of what any staff member or guard tells you.

No glass containers of any kind. Remember, no beer bottles
No weapons, small cooking knives are OK
No drugs or drug paraphernalia
No extra car batteries
No animals allowed in the campground.
No personal fires (community bonfire will be right outside the campgrounds
No candles
No tiki torches, fireworks or any types of explosives or ammunition.
No tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous (haha), etc.
No party balloons.
No slip-n-slides.
No drones, remote control aircraft or toy cars.
No hoverboards, motorized scooters, electric bikes
No full length or vanity mirrors
No sports equipment (golf clubs, bats, hockey sticks, things of that nature).
No sledgehammers
No work out equipment (kettle balls, dumbbells, barbells, stuff like that)
No large speakers (Small Bluetooth speakers are OK)
If you’re unclear about an answer on speakers, just assume the answer is no.

Are we allowed to bring solar-powered generators?

Yes, solar powered generators are ok, but generators that require gasoline or kerosene will NOT be allowed.

Are Service Animals allowed in the campsite?

Yes, of course - but you must have proper documentation. No exceptions.

Will Small Campfires be allowed in the camping areas? Can we have fire bins?

There will be no campfires any kind allowed per park regulations.

What about Grills?

Small Propane grills are OK (i.e. Coleman Campsite Grills, 2-Burner Propane Stoves, etc), but charcoal and large grills are not allowed per park regulations.

How much space do we get and what size tent can I bring?

Can we bring food/drink in the camping area?

You are allowed to bring in food, drinks and coolers. Small Propane grills are allowed, no charcoal or large propane grills will be allowed. Food and/or drinks may not be taken into the festival grounds.

Can I sell food in the campsite?

You are NOT allowed to sell food or drinks on the property.

Can we bring in alcohol?

Yes. Alcohol is allowed in the camping grounds. You are only allowed to bring in a personal supply for the weekend. Upon entry into the campgrounds for the first time you are allowed to bring in only 2 cases of canned beer and only 2 boxes of wine PER CAMPSITE.

Anything more than that will be confiscated. This is very important so please stick to these guidelines!
NO HARD LIQUOR is permitted. Only canned beer and boxed wine!

NO kegs are allowed

You are not allowed to leave the campground with beverages. So make sure you drink it up before leaving.

MUST BE 21+ to consume alochol! No exceptions.

Am I allowed to leave the campgrounds in my car to go to a store?

If you are camping and are parked on-site, once you are in you may not move your car until the festival is over. If you need to leave and pick up any supplies you can use the shuttle to the off-site parking to pick up what you need and take the shuttle back. The shuttles will be running all day during normal festival hours.

How much are showers?

Showers are for campers only and are completely FREE. There will be 18 available, so know there might be a wait. The earlier you try and shower the better!

Where do we park?

There will be free parking on-site.

We're coming to camp! Where do we park?

When you arrive at the venue, you will be directed to the camping and VIP parking area. There will be certain area's that you can park next to your campsite, but once they are filled you will have to park in the designated parking area's. Please keep in mind that if you are camping once you are parked you will not be able to move your car until the festival is over for safety reasons. Try to show up with everything you need for the 3 days, but if you there is something you end up needing you can use the free shuttle to the off-site parking and pick up what you need from there and shuttle back. Also note, we will have plenty of ice on-site for your coolers at a very affordable rate.

Is my car going to be safe?

Yes. We will have police officers guarding the lots 24/7.
